Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: Where do I enter my promo code?
A: When you click Checkout, you will be taken to a login screen. When you select how you would like to check out, a box will appear for you to enter your promo code in.
Q: I have 2 promo codes from you, how do I enter them both?
A: You may only use 1 promo code per order.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Customers in the US can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. For all other countries, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Do you ship Worldwide?
A: Yes, we do.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Cash, Personal Checks, and Money Orders. All Payments must be in US Dollars, and only U.S. customers may submit payment by check or money order.
