If you are not satisfied or happy with your photograph or poster purchase you may return the item for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping & handling charges) within 10 days of receipt. The item must be sent back to us undamaged and in the original packaging.

Return policy for framed items and non-custom canvas prints:

If you are not satisfied or happy with your photograph or poster purchase you may return the item. You will receive a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee (shipping & handling charges are non-refundable) within 10 days of receipt. The item must be sent back to us undamaged and in the original packaging.

Return policy for Custom Canvas Prints:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Personal Canvas Prints.

Your refund will be processed once we have the item back in it's original condition.

If your item was damaged during delivery, please contact us via 949-480-1662. Please keep all original packaging so we may file the appropriate claim with the shipping carrier. If you item was damaged during shipping, we will work with you to reship a new item to you.
